One of the favorite themes of Vanagon owners is the famous Scooby Doo Mystery Machine. We’ve seen a lot of Mystery Machines, and a several food trucks, but this is the first high top Mystery Machine themed food truck we’ve seen. Click through to see more of this gorgeous van. Whoever owns this van has taken the first class route with special attention to details.

We have seen several Vanagon food trucks around the world. From lunch wagons to mobile cafes, the Vanagon has been adapted to fit a variety of needs. This conversion is really extensive. The Volkswaffle is a first class Vanagon conversion that has a ton of equipment on board. I wish I knew who created this bad boy, but we will just have to admire it from the pictures.

Don’t you just love the stories we see of people who just jump in a Vanagon and go? Here is another adventurous Vanagon owner. A guy named Dave has a Vanagon and a Blog. He started traveling towards Mexico with no idea where he would end up. He has some fantastic photos on his blog, but of course, we’re more interested in his ride. Here is a nice center console for your Vanagon by Rally. It has a rugged look, and can keep your food hot or cold. We have covered consoles before, but I’ve never seen this one. It is apparently available at Kmart for approximately $60.

Check out this VW conversion I spotted on CampervanLife. They took a Vanagon and turned it into a food truck trailer. They call it the Camper Cafe and it looks great. I wonder what they pull it with. This van was in pretty bad shape before they restored it, but they sure did a nice job. Click through for another pic and a link to see the restoration photos.

What do you do when you want to re-heat your food while on the road? You install a microwave oven in your Vanagon, of course. Tom Boldway installed a 700 watt microwave in his van after his air conditioning stopped working. He decided to use the space above his bed for the microwave. If you don’t need air conditioning this works great. Get another pic and instructions after the jump.
