This modified 1989 VW T3 Doka Syncro sold in November 2017 for $53,000! Man oh man, it doesn’t get much better than this. Its new owner must be one happy camper. Everything about this truck looks first rate from the paint to the undercarriage. The interior has been completely redone, and if you like toggle switches this is the truck for you. If this thing is real, there is a lot to love. The description says it’s a VW T3 1A Doka Dreierkabine 115PS. The short bed with cover looks great, especially when it matches the roof rack. The wheels with red trim and white walls just complete the retro look.
Check out this party doka that is posted on The Samba. Their website seems to be out of commission so I can’t tell if it is for rent, but it’s an interesting use of a VW Doka. She has a table and booth seats on the back with speakers above. Very cool. Click through for another pic.
Check out the bed cover on this gorgeous Doka. The pain job is impeccable and every detail of this truck has been carefully crafted. Check out the smaller side view mirrors and the painted pumped. Awesome job!
This purple Doka was for sale on eBay recently. It has been fully restored and has quite a few very nice touches. One of the most unique is what the seller lists as a “bespoke” steering wheel. The interior is all custom and definitely worth a look. Click through to see this gorgeous VW double-cab truck.
This Ragtop camo Doka is awesome. It looks like it came straight out of the German military. It appears to be Syncro with a huge cover over the rear bed and large driving lights on the front bumper.
